Redmap's CaptureMail solution is vendor independent and runs parallel to your email server.
As emails are sent and received, both externally and internally, a copy of each message is
automatically archived based on both meta data and document content. It is no longer
necessary to spend hours or days trying to remember "who sent me that email?' or "where did
I file it?". A simple plain English, 'Internet-style' search finds what you are after in seconds
Because a single copy of all messages are stored in one central repository, it doesn't matter if
an email is deleted by a user, a copy is always stored. The standard SMTP format in which the
emails are stored makes backup and management easier, ensuring you never lose an email
