We provide the service of microfilming for the local and international market.
We microfilm paper documents of various sizes such as checks, contracts,
architecture and engineering drawings onto 16mm roll, 35mm roll, or aperture
cards. Once paper documents have been processed into microfilm and
properly stored offsite, the microfilm records may be utilized as an archival
medium as well as a backup medium for disaster recovery purposes.
We maintain microfilming standards including the type of film used, the camera
operator evaluation, the film processing evaluation, and the lab processing
evaluation, in order to achieve archival / long term preservation quality.
In addition to our own in house quality assurance program, we subscribe to a
U.S. quality assurance service.
