Storage facilities are available for microfilm, optical discs, and paper
documents at f l o r o 's FIC-Tanay processing complex to address
both the local and international market. The storage facilities at
FIC-Tanay include the following features:
1. Fireproof and environment/ climate controlled storage vaults
a. Size - 2.4 meters x 2.4 meters x 6.0 meters
b. Construction -All steel building plus ½ inch fiber glass insulation
all around
c. Temperature -Temperature Controlled and Relative Humidity
2. Computerized stocking and indexing of files for easy retrieval
of records
a. Business Software - Inventory Control
3. Maintain confidentiality of company records at all times
4. Provided with 24-hour security
a. Concrete wall perimeter
b. Wire mesh for each sub-division of buildings
c. 2nd Infantry Division Personnel
